Cecilia Hathcock was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico. In 2010 she moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where she started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra. She immediately loved it! Then after having her son in 2012 she become devoted about women being trained in self-defense skills and started practicing Jiu Jitsu more consistently. She began competing and never stopped.
She re-located to Durango, Colorado in 2016 and began training at Durango Martial Arts Academy where she received her Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2017 she started teaching others and became passionate about coaching.

Isaac Foutz was born in Farmington, New Mexico and is a Farmington High School alumni. He has a vast experience in wrestling and was also a member of Highland University's wrestling program. He has 8 years of wrestling experience with numerous tournament wins. Most notable was his recent state finals runner up in 2024. Zia Fitness & Jiu Jitsu is excited for the wealth of knowledge and experience that he will share in our wrestling class.
Molly Westall is a certified yoga teacher who has advanced certifications in Sound Healing, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She has been teaching in the Farmington area since 2019. Molly is passionate about the practice of yoga and its many health benefits. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with students while watching them grow and transform from these benefits.
